SUMMARY MINUTES for April 6, 2022
Committee Members: Mayor Pro Tem John Hamon and Councilmember Steve Gregory City Staff Liaison: Julie Dahlen, Community Services Director
1. ECHO Ad Hoc Committee historical information to be presented by Julie Dahlen
Community Services Director Julie Dahlen provided and reviewed a document outlining the City’s recent history with homeless services and collaboration with ECHO.
2. ECHO staff will provide an overview of the ECHO Paso Robles program. In addition, the ECHO report will include specific details regarding available services, program requirements, clients served, and budget.
Wendy Lewis provided several documents outlining programming, staffing, statistics, and budget for ECHO Paso Robles. She reviewed these areas taking questions from the ad hoc committee.
