1. City Council Vacancy and Process to Fill City Council Vacancy PUBLIC COMMENTS. Ditas Esperanza
ROLL CALL VOTE: Motioned by Mayor Martin, seconded by Councilmember Gregory, and passed unanimously to pursue appointing a councilmember for the duration of term of the vacancy; to appoint the appointment process immediately with the application period closing on August 19, 2022 and to have the interviews for the vacancy held at a special meeting of the City Council on August 24, 2022.

2. Reassignment of District 2 Councilmember Board, Committee, Commission, and Liaison Appointments
PUBLIC COMMENTS. None
Reassignments will be as follows until a new councilmember is appointed:
Community Action Partnership of SLO Martin 3rd Thursday; 5:00 PM Downtown Paso Robles Main Street Assn. Strong 2nd Monday; 5:45 PM Paso Robles Housing Authority Strong 2nd Tuesday; 5:30 PM Parks & Recreation Advisory Committee Martin 2nd Monday; 4:00 PM Outdoor Dining Ad Hoc Committee Hamon As needed
ADJOURNMENT of the August 8, 2022 Special City Council Meeting at 6:59 PM.
Motioned by Councilmember Hamon, seconded by Councilmember Gregory, and passed unanimously by voice vote to adjourn to the August 16, 2022 regular City Council meeting.
