The mee�ng was started at 5:00 PM, however, due to an error on the published agenda, an announcement was made by Mayor Pro Tem John Hamon that the mee�ng would not be started un�l 5:30 PM. The closed session mee�ng was called to order at 5:30 PM.

1. Capital Projects Report
Public Works Director Freda Berman and Capitol Projects Engineer Ditas Esperanza shared a presenta�on highligh�ng Public Works Projects currently under construc�on including the 17th Street u�lity improvements, Wright Way improvements and the West side Slurry Seal project. Other updates included progress reports on Fire Sta�on 3, the Uptown Family Park Water Feature replacement, Barney Schwartz Park Pump Track construc�on, Law Enforcement facility, Pickleball Court complex, and the Shade Structure and Pa�o at the Veterans and Senior Center.

1. Airport Division Fee Update
Public Comment: Dale Gus�n and Andrew Robillard.
Mo�oned by Councilmember Bausch, seconded by Councilmember Strong and passed unanimously to approve Resolu�on 23-103 adop�ng the updated Airport Fee Schedule for implementa�on on September 1, 2023 with the following modifica�ons to be included in the footnotes of the fee schedule; parking fees are only applicable to aircra�s on public areas only, not privately leased por�ons; and landing fees are not applicable to aircra�s that lease ramp or hangar space from an airport tenant.
