On November 6, 2023 Mr. Rivera alleged that during a city mee�ng the City Manager placed his hands on Mr. Rivera causing injury. The mater is being inves�gated and may result in li�ga�on against the City or an employee ac�ng within his scope of employment. These allega�ons provide the factual basis for going into closed session under GC 54695.9(d)(2).
