Airport Manager Mark Scandalis presented the report for the Municipal Airport Full Service Fixed Based Operator Request for Proposals
1. Municipal Airport Full Service Fixed Based Operator (FBO) Request for Proposals – Direc�on on Future Nego�a�ons
Public Comment: Joe On�veros, George Dom, Andrew Robillard, Luke Newlon, Bill Borgsmiller, Noreen Mar�n, Ryan Crowl, John Couch, Nick Tompkins, Kendall Pearson, and John King. Andrew Robillard provided the ACI proposal documents which have been addended to the agenda.

Joint City Council Airport Commission Special Mee�ng Minutes December 19, 2023 Page 2 of 2 Mo�oned by Councilmember Roden, seconded by Councilmember Bausch and passed unanimously to direct staff to create an Ad Hoc Commitee comprised of Councilmember Gregory, Mayor Hamon, Commissioner Andros, and Chairperson Cook; and to direct staff to con�nue to work with the two proposers to gather addi�onal informa�on and fiscal analysis before the ad hoc commitee meets.
