1. Council Budget and City Goals Workshop:
Councilmember Bausch left the meeting room at 11:40 AM and returned at 11:43 AM.
PUBLIC COMMENT: Marilu Gomez, Jeff Barfield, Chris Taranto, Suzie Freeman, Karen MacLaurin, Dana Stroud, John King, Kris Beal, Yessenia Echevarria, Austin Solheim, Rod Bell, Ann Bell, Victor Popp, Scott Collins, and Gina Fitzpatrick.

Public input was provided during the Council Budget and City Goals Item and the commenters are noted above.
