The meeting was called to order at 5:01 PM.

C. DISCUSSION ITEMS
1. Senior Citizen Advisory Committee
The Senior Citizen Advisory Committee represents the senior citizens of the community on issues and matters related to the senior center and its attendant recreation programs. It is responsible for researching and advising the City on the needs of senior citizens, making recommendations regarding Senior Endowment Fund and annual Senior Center expenditures, and is a communication liaison to the senior citizens of Paso Robles. City Council is appointing for two full term vacancies.

Zalewski, Prudence
Applicant Prudence Zalewski was unable to attend her interview due to an unexpected emergency. Incumbent Daniel Rodriguez was not required to interview as there were two applicants to fill two positions.

Library Board of Trustees
The Library Board of Trustees advocates for continued and increased community support for the programs and services offered by the Paso Robles City Library.
The City Council is appointing for two full term vacancies.

Buchholz, Laurie - Incumbent
Marquez Clark, Gabriela
Councilmembers interviewed Gabriela Marquez Clark. Incumbent Laurie Buchholz was not required to interview as there were two applicants to fill two positions.
Motioned by Councilmember Bausch, seconded by Councilmember Gregory, and passed unanimously to appoint Laurie Buchholz and Gabriela Marquez Clark to full three-year terms on the Library Board of Trustees.

Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee
The Parks and Recreation Committee provides a communication link between the community, City Council and the staff of the Community Services Department as the City strives towards a better quality of life for its citizens. The Committee is advisory in all matters pertaining to parks, recreation, playground and entertainment. The City Council is appointing for three full term vacancies.

Councilmembers interviewed Rich Clayton, Tracy Dauterman, Bonnie Ford, Gennaro Messina, Laura Parker, Juanetta Perkins, Sara Salam, and Diane Zannotti.
Abbygail Haynes withdrew her application just prior to the start of the meeting.
Motioned by Councilmember Bausch, seconded by Councilmember Gregory, and passed unanimously to appoint Rich Clayton, Gene Messina, and Diane Zanotti full three-year terms on the Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee.
