To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to recommend Jameson Cerda for the Paso Robles Youth Commission.
I have had the pleasure of knowing Jameson on a personal level for a few years and also recently had the pleasure of working with him when he helped out on my family-owned Christmas tree farm. Through my interactions with Jameson, there is no doubt in my mind that he will be an excellent addition to your team.
During Jameson’s time on my farm, he showed great ambition and a willingness to learn, as he quickly picked up the skills he needed to be successful. His positive attitude and good communication helped ensure our customers had a fun time when visiting our farm.
When we hosted a Wounded Warrior charity event, he showed compassion and conscientiousness as he volunteered his time to help give wounded veterans and their families a special holiday experience.
From both my time working with him and knowing him on a personal level, Jameson has continued to be a positive, enthusiastic, and trustworthy individual who shows a level of maturity beyond his age. I believe these characteristics make him a strong candidate for this position, and I highly recommend you consider Jameson Cerda for the Paso Robles Youth Commission.

I would love to serve my community by helping out everyone in need of our assistance. I I believe we can reach so many people that would love to help work with us, such as trash clean ups around our community, helping donate time to our local homeless shelter, and many more things. I believe I am fit for this position because I am in my school's interact club and I have attended a leadership conference named RYLA, which stands for Rotary Youth Leadership Awards, through this club. At this camp I not only learned leadership, but I learned many life skills too. I learned how to better deal with problems, and how to work with others to find different solutions I couldnt think of. I believe I have many different ideas and beliefs to bring to our community, and that's why I believe that I should be on this advisory board.

I look forward to the opportunity to apply for the Paso Robles Youth Commission. Over the past few years I have been involved with multiple youth-focused groups and activities and believe that my experience serving my community in this way will make me a valuable member of this commission and help contribute to the board’s mission. One skill I bring is my ability to collaborate with other youth. On the Must Youth Charity Board, I work with a dozen other teenage volunteers to identify needs in the community and strategize different ways to have impact on those needs. Through my time on the board, I have learned the importance of initiating and fostering a productive conversation.
Through this organization I have also had the ability to collaborate with various charities.
I have developed the communication skills to coordinate with these charities to organize and prepare for events, paying special attention to even small details to ensure the greatest positive impact on the community. I believe my work on this board will help the Paso Robles Youth Commission fulfill its mission as I will be able to collaborate with my peers and government representatives.
In addition to my experience with these organizations, I also bring the attitude of a team player. I have played soccer for a decade and have cherished the experience of being a part of a team and working towards something bigger than myself. I enjoy being a part of a group that has a common aim. As part of a team, I have learned the importance of persistence, positivity, and leadership. I have brought these skills to my volunteer work, using them to promote a productive environment as we work to better the community. I am dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment where the perspectives and concerns of high schoolers are valued and addressed. I feel that my strengths and passions would be beneficial to the mission of the Paso Robles Youth Commission.
