The meeting was called to order at 5:00 PM.

C. DISCUSSION ITEMS
1. Youth Commission
The Paso Robles Youth Commission was established in 1999 as an advisory body to the City Council. Members learn about, suggest, and review policies, programs, and services related to youth issues. In addition, members assist with special events and are involved in activities such as community services projects, youth conventions, and bringing special activities to the teens of Paso Robles.
Interviews were held to fill six upcoming full-term positions. City Council interviewed all applicants except Jameson Cerda who was disqualified due to age restrictions for the Youth Commission.

Motioned by Councilmember Gregory, seconded by Councilmember Bausch, and passed unanimously to appoint Abbygail Haynes, Olivia Odom, Amelia Peterson, Emily Santoro, Lane Shea, and Aiden Welch to full two-year terms on the Youth Commission.
AYES: Gregory, Bausch, Roden, Strong, Hamon
D. ADJOURNMENT
Motioned by Councilmember Gregory, seconded by Councilmember Bausch, and passed unanimously by voice vote to adjourn to the June 3, 2024 Special City Council Meeting at 8:45 PM.
