1. Airport Update
Airport Manager Mark Scandalis gave a brief update on the Airport FBO negotiation process as well as negotiation of sub-tenant lease agreements at the airport.

Michael Rivera, Kitty Hoffman, Gary Lehrer, Michelle Nelson, Janice Awalt, Dale Gustin, Linda George, Austin Solheim, and Linda Rivera.

Assistant City Manager Chris Huot provided an update on current City activities.
L. COUNCIL BUSINESS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS
Mayor Hamon commended Assistant City Manager Chris Huot for his recent accomplishment in receiving the designation of ICMA Credentialed Manager from the International City/County Management Association. In addition, the Mayor and Councilmembers reported on committee attendance and other City related activities.
