The meeting was called to order at 4:38 PM.
B. ROLL CALL
Councilmembers Bausch, Gregory, Roden, Strong, and Mayor Hamon.
C. DISCUSSION ITEMS
1. Airport Commission
The Commission serves at the pleasure of the City Council as a means to aid the City Council in gathering public input on the operation and future development of the Paso Robles Airport, by providing advice to the City Council, and by making decisions in those areas delegated by the City Council.
Interviews with Council were held as noted below:

- Brown, Gary - virtual interview and submitted a letter in lieu of interview - Dallons, Gerald - in person interview
- Gipple, Sarah - in person interview
- Graceffa, Michelle - withdrew application - no interview - Johnson, Glenn - in person interview
- Kallen, Jason - in person interview
- Koon, David - in person interview
- Miller, Eugene - in person interview
- Newman, Reilly - withdrew application - no interview
- Prowse, Michael - unable to attend interview

PUBLIC COMMENT: None
Motioned by Councilmember Strong, seconded by Councilmember Bausch, and passed unanimously to appoint Hanan Azeem and Sarah Gipple to the Airport Commission for full three-year terms.
AYES: Strong, Bausch, Gregory, Roden, Hamon
D. ADJOURNMENT
Motioned by Councilmember Strong, seconded by Councilmember Gregory, and passed unanimously by voice vote to adjourn the November 5, 2024 regular City Council Meeting at 7:51 PM.
