Hi. I would love the opportunity to serve on the Paso Robles Library Board of Trustees because the library has always been an important part of my life—and our community.
I’ve been active in the Paso Robles library book club and other adult programs and really value the library as a place that brings people together to learn, explore, and connect. I bring experience from serving on the City of Lincoln Parks and Rec Committee, along with a background in adult training, economic development, and running my own small business. I'm the mother of five young adults and have instilled in each of them a love for reading. I’m excited to contribute in a meaningful way and help make sure the library continues to grow and serve the needs of everyone in Paso Robles. Thank you for your consideration.

I always thought of the library as a place to read books in peace. The quiet and calm of a library is a soothing balm to heal the chaos of the outside world. After attending my first board meeting last week, I learned from Melissa and Angelica, that in Paso Robles, the library is much more than books. It provides the services that sew the fabric of our community together. If I am chosen to be on the board, I will work to support their important work.
