1. 2026 Community Development Block Grant
Program and the Draft Annual Action Plan Darren Nash, City Planner Recommendation: Set the Public Hearing for 2026 CDBG Allocation to the regularly scheduled City Council meeting on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 and direct that the following applications be listed in the Draft One Year Action Plan as follows: 1) fund only the 24th Street Crosswalk Public Improvement Project for $168,858; 2) fund the ECHO and CAPSLO public services request at equal amounts ($19,483 each); and 3) fund $18,185 for administration costs, for a total of $226,010.
