Food Truck Ad Hoc Committee Recommendation for Food Truck Permitting Requirements and Operational Standards Piper Smith, Assistant Planner Recommendation: Provide specific direction to staff regarding changes to Operational Regulations and/or amendments to the Zoning Code regarding the following issues: a.) Generator Noise, b.) Accessory Furniture, c.) Temporary Use Permit permitting requirements, d.) Setbacks, and e.) Proximity to Downtown. Additionally, should City Staff pursue additional research and provide regarding food truck events within the Downtown area.
