K. PUBLIC HEARINGS
2. First Reading by Title Only an Ordinance of the Paso Robles Municipal Code to Amend Borkey Specific Plan Associated Rezoning, and Approval of the Resolutions Approving the Mitigated Negative Declaration Addendum, the General Plan Amendment, the General Plan Amendment, the Development Plan and Conditional Use Permit for Expansion of the Allegretto Resort Darren Nash, City Planner Recommendation:
1. Approve Resolution 26-XXX(A), authorizing the addendum to Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program.
2. Approve Resolution 26-XXX(B), authorizing the General Plan Amendment.
3. Introduce for first reading by title only, Ordinance XXXX amending the Paso Robles Municipal Code to authorize the Specific Plan Amendment and the rezone designation.
4. Approve Resolution 26-XXX(C), authorizing the development plan and conditional use permit for the project.

Approval of a Development for 24 Residential Units including an Affordable Housing Density Bonus; Fence-Height Modification; Removal of Ten Oak Trees; and a One-lot Tract Map (PD24-07, MOD25-09, OTR25-04, Tentative Tract Map 3254, P24-100) Katie Banister, Associate Planner Recommendation: Approve Resolution 26-XXX approving Development Plan 24-07, Site Plan Modification 25-09, Oak Tree Removal Permit 25-04, and Tentative Tract Map 3254, based on findings and subject to conditions of approval, and finding the project exempt from environmental review as a class 32 categorical exemption for infill development.

1. Approval of a Resolution and Introduction for First Reading by Title Only of an Ordinance Authorizing an Amendment to the CalPERS Contract by Reducing the Cost-Sharing Agreement for Unrepresented Confidential, Professional, and Management Employees
