The phone line will open just prior to the start of the meeting and remain open throughout the meeting to ensure the opportunity to comment on each item heard by the Council. Written public comments can be submitted via email to [email protected] prior to 12:00 noon on the day of the Council meeting to be posted as an addendum to the Agenda. If submitting written comments in advance of the meeting, please note the agenda item by number or name.

Any writing or document pertaining to an open session item on this agenda which is distributed to a majority of the City Council after the posting of this agenda will be available for public inspection at the time the subject writing or document is distributed. 1. Review of the City Council Vision Statement, Staff Recommendations, and Key Outcomes from the Visioning and Goal Setting Process for the 2026 City Council Vision, Goals, and Initiatives Document

Recommendation: Provide direction to staff to incorporate City Council feedback, along with input from the public and key stakeholders, into a refined final City Council Vision, Goals, Priorities, and Work Plan document, and return at a future meeting for Council consideration and acceptance as part of the strategic framework supporting the FY 2026–28 budget cycle.
