1. Review of the City Council Vision Statement, Staff Recommendations, and Key Outcomes from the Visioning and Goal Setting Process for the 2026 City Council Vision, Goals, and Initiatives Document.

Recommendation: Provide direction to staff to incorporate City Council feedback, along with input from the public and key stakeholders, into a refined final City Council Vision, Goals, Priorities, and Work Plan document, and return at a future meeting for Council consideration and acceptance as part of the strategic framework supporting the FY 2026–28 budget cycle.
