The meeting was called to order at 5:00 PM.

C. DISCUSSION ITEMS
1. Youth Commission
The Paso Robles Youth Commission was established in 1999 as an advisory body to the City Council. Members learn about, suggest, and review policies, programs, and services related to youth issues. In addition, members provide opportunities and representation for youth through collaboration with local government to enrich the lives of youth in the Paso Robles community. City Council interviewed each of the following applicants with the exception of those noted as having either withdrawn their applications or not attending the interview.

Motioned by Councilmember Gregory, seconded by Councilmember Beal, and passed unanimously to appoint Kaylyn Butterfield, Kaylah Camarena, Lydia Kidd, and Lauren Welch to full two-year terms on the Youth Commission beginning on July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2028; and to appoint Chrisian Mendoza to complete a partial term vacancy, effective as of July 1, 2026 and ending on June 30, 2027.
AYES: Gregory, Beal, Bausch, Hamon
ABSENT: Strong
D. ADJOURNMENT
Motioned by Councilmember Gregory, seconded by Councilmember Bausch, and passed unanimously by voice vote to adjourn to the May 14, 2026 City Council Special Meeting at 10:29 PM.
