1. Approval of Resolution of Intent to Amend the CalPERS Contract to Reduce Cost-Sharing Pursuant to Government Code Section 20516 for Unrepresented Confidential, Professional, and Management Employees in the Police and Fire Safety Member Categories Shannon Foutz, Human Resources/Risk Manager
Recommendation:
Approve Resolution 26-XXX, giving notice of the City’s intention to approve an amendment to the contract between the City of Paso Robles and the Board of Administration of the California Public Employees' Retirement System for the MGMT police and fire safety member categories; and introduce, for first reading by title only, Ordinance No. XXX authorizing the amendment to the contract between the City of Paso Robles and the Board of Administration of the California Public Employees’ Retirement System.

3. Approval of a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Professional Services Agreement with RS&H, Inc. to Complete the Requirements for an Application to the Federal Aviation Administration for a Part 420 Horizontal Spaceport Launch Site Operator License.

Recommendation:
Approve Resolution 26-XXX, authorizing the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with RS&H, Inc. for a not-to-exceed project cost of $786,455.49 to complete the remaining outstanding requirements for the City’s Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Part 420 Horizontal Launch Site Operator License (LSOL), including any minor, technical, or non-substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney, for the preparation of all required technical documentation and supporting materials, and completion and submittal of the LSOL application to the FAA on behalf of the City of Paso Robles and Paso Robles Municipal Airport.
