1. Call to Order
The special (Closed Session) via zoom teleconference meeting of the City Council of the City of Patterson of January 18, 2022 was called to order in the City of Patterson at 6:00 p.m. by Mayor McCord.
City Councilmembers Present:

City Staff Present:

3. Human Resources Director Smith
At this time, Mayor McCord announced the item to be discussed in Closed Session and opened the item to public comments.
The City Council will adjourn to Closed Session to address the following:

Negotiator: City Manager Irwin, Human Resources Director Smith, Human Resources Consultant Clark. Employee Organization: Patterson Fire Fighters Association IAFF Local 4577.
b. City Clerk Appointment - Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 c. Director of Human Resources Appointment - Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.

At 6:03 p.m. there being no items from the public, the Patterson City Council adjourned to Closed Session.
