The special (Closed Session) meeting of the City Council of the City of Patterson was called to order in the City of Patterson, (via teleconference zoom) 1 Plaza, Patterson at 6:03 p.m. by Mayor Pro Tem Farinha.

Kandace Weyhrauch, Patterson Resident - Addressed City Council regarding not knowing this meeting was happening. Also addressed Council regarding the City Council meeting video for the January 28, 2022 not being up on the website. Ms. Weyhrauch also read a report from the Stanislaus County Sheriff's Department and Patterson Unified Joint District regarding Mayor McCord's investigation.

Troy McComak, Patterson Resident - Addressed City Council regarding Mayor McCord's allegations.
Kayla, Patterson Resident - Addressed City Council expressing the lack of accountability for Mayor McCord's actions.
