The following information is provided as an update regarding the Parks, Recreation & Beautification Commission meeting activities during the month of December and updates for previously approved projects.
Parks, Recreation & Beautification Commission meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 5:00 pm in the City Hall Council Chambers 5-Member Commission

Commissioner Oscar Roman Term: May 2021-2023

Parks & Recreation & Beautification Commission Meeting:
On January 19, 2021, the Parks, Recreation & Beautification Commission was cancelled due to lack of quorum. The agenda items are listed below.

Chairperson Gabriela Hemandez called the Regular Meeting of the Parks, Recreation & Beautification Commission of the City of Patterson to order at the City Hall Zoom Meeting at 5: l5 P.M.
Prescnt: Commissioners: Gabriela Hemandez, Oscar Roman, & Tahmirah Hamed
City Staff: Deputy Director Robert Andrade, Public Works Secretary Mayra Mandujano, Recreation & Community Services Administrative Service Manager Diana Hemandez
Absent : Commissionner Carolyn Cooper, Jacquelyn Sudduth Public : Council Member Shivaugn Alves

3.1 Approval of November 17,,2021, Minutes
Commissioner Tahmirah made a motion to approve November I 7, 2021 , minutes The motion was seconded by commissioner Roman and approved on a 3-0 vote.

,l.l Fundraiscr Event Discussion
Council Member Shivaugn Alves announced the Love Patterson Event she will be holding on April 30th 2022, she went over what the event entails to the Parks Recreation & Beautification Commission and if they would also like to support the event as commissioners or as individuals.

The commission was in consensus with tabling until the next meeting.
