2 3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PATTERSON, 4 ACCEPTING THE LAS PALMAS OVERLAY PROJECT: LOCATED ALONG LAS 5 PALMAS AVENUE FROM HIGHWAY 33 TO THE EAST END OF CITY LIMITS, 6 AUTHORIZING STAFF TO FILE TE NOTICE OF COMPLETION
7 8 WHEREAS, the Contractor, “United Pavement Maintenance, Inc..” has 9 completed all work for the Las Palmas Overlay Project: located along Las Palmas 10 Avenue from Highway 33 to the east end of the City limits in accordance with the 11 contract requirements and plans and specifications; and 12 WHEREAS, the City has inspected the work and recommends that the project be 13 accepted as complete.
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of 15 Patterson that it hereby accepts the project as complete, directs the City Clerk of the 16 City of Patterson to file the Notice of Completion on behalf of the City of Patterson and 17 release the Final Retention Payment for the project. 18 The foregoing resolution was passed by the City Council at a regular meeting 19 held on March 15, 2022, by _____ , who moved its adoption, which motion was duly 20 seconded by _______, and the resolution adopted by the following roll call vote:
