RESOLUTION NO. 2022-14
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PATTERSON APPROVING THE FISCAL YEAR 2021-22 MID YEAR
BUDGET REVIEW REPORT AND ADOPTING ITS
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR REVISING THE FISCAL YEAR 2021-22
OPERATING AND CAPITAL BUDGETS
WHEREAS, the City is required by law to approve a budget prior to the beginning of each fiscal year, and finds it prudent to review the status of the budget at mid-year each year; and WHEREAS, the Finance Director and other City Department Heads have undertaken a thorough review and projected revenues and expenditures for the remainder of the fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of City of Patterson has been presented with a Mid-Year Budget Review Report, and Staff recommendations; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the Mid-Year Budget Review Report and wishes to approve and adopt the Staff recommendations; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Patterson hereby approves and adopts the Staff recommendations included in the Mid-Year Budget Review Report presented by the City Manager.
The foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Patterson held on the 15th day of March 2022, by ______________, who moved its adoption, which motion was duly seconded by __________________, and it was upon roll call carried and the resolution adopted by the following roll call vote:
