The special (Closed Session) meeting of the City Council of the City of Patterson was called to order in the City of Patterson of May 3, 2022 was called to order in the City of Patterson at 6:01 p.m. by Mayor McCord.

The City Council will adjourn to Closed Session to address the following:
a. Public Employee Performance Evaluation - Pursuant to Government Code § 54957 Title:
City Manager
b. Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2): 5 cases

Kandace Weyharuch, Patterson Residents - addressed City Council regarding the Performance of City Manager Irwin not answering citizens concerns. Not holding City Employees or City Council members accountable. Addressed Public Safety meetings being cancelled.

At 6:07 p.m. there being no further items from the public, the Patterson City Council adjourned to Closed Session.
