*These projects are carry over from FY 21-22, with completion date in FY 2022-23 *These projects are carry over from FY 21-22, with completion date in FY 2022-23 Enterprise Funds:
Garbage, Sewer, & Water Operations: Operating expenses have increased in all Enterprise funds due to overall increases in operating costs and projects being carried forward to FY2022-23.
Revenues have increased as well due to the SRF loan being delayed as the WQCF project being carried forward to FY2022-23 . The SRF loan proceeds are expected to be received in FY2022- 23 to fund both the WQCF Administration building project at $8 million and WQCF expansion phase III projects at $4 million. The cash balance for all Enterprise Operating funds are still healthy.
All Other Funds:
All other funds are presented before you in the Fiscal Year 2022-23 Proposed Budget.
