2 3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PATTERSON, 4 ACCEPTING THE PATTERSON AQUATIC CENTER POOL RESURFACING:
5 LOCATED AT 1025 W LAS PALMAS AVE PROJECT AS COMPLETE, 6 AUTHORIZING STAFF TO FILE THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION

9 WHEREAS, the Contractor, “Burkett’s Pool Plastering, Inc.,” has completed all 10 work for the Patterson Aquatic Center Pool Resurfacing Project: located at 1025 W Las 11 Palmas Ave, Project in accordance with the contract requirements and plans and 12 specifications; and
13 WHEREAS, the City has inspected the work and recommends that the project be 14 accepted as complete.
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of 16 Patterson that it hereby accepts the project as complete, directs the City Clerk of the 17 City of Patterson to file the Notice of Completion on behalf of the City of Patterson and 18 release the Final Retention Payment for the project. 19 The foregoing resolution was passed by the City Council at a regular meeting 20 held on June 21, 2022, by _________________who moved its adoption, which motion 21 was duly seconded by _______________, and the resolution adopted by the following 22 roll call vote:
