RESOLUTION NO. 2022-39
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PATTERSON, SETTING THE APPROPRIATIONS LIMIT FOR
FISCAL YEAR 2022-2023
WHEREAS, annually, the City of Patterson is required to prepare a statement of appropriations limit in compliance with Section XIIIB of the California Constitution and Section 7910 of the California Government Code; and WHEREAS, new price and population factors have been established for determining the City’s appropriation limit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Patterson that:
(1) said appropriation limit for fiscal year 2022-2023 is $69,708,272. The total appropriations subject to limitation is $21,552,905. (2) in the computation of such limitation, the price factor used is the percentage change in California per capita personal income over the prior year, or
7.55%;
(3) in the computation of such limitation, the population factor used is the percentage change in the City of Patterson’s population over the prior year, or
1.22%.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of June, 2022, by the City Council of the City of Patterson in the State of California by the following roll call vote:
