4 5 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PATTERSON 6 APPROVING A 5-YEAR LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF 7 PATTERSON AND TURLOCK IRRIGATION DISTRICT FOR THE INSTALLATION 8 OF ELECTRIC VEHICLE RECHARGING STATIONS AT 1033 W. LAS PALMAS 9 AVENUE; AUTHORIZING STAFF TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT; AND 10 AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO RECORD THE AGREEMENT
11 12 WHEREAS, at the regular city council meeting of August 16, 2022, the City Council of 13 the City of Patterson approved the 5-Year License Agreement (referred to herein as the 14 “Agreement”) between the City of Patterson (referred to herein as the “City”) and Turlock 15 Irrigation District (referred to herein as the “TID”) located on 1033 W. Las Palmas Avenue, 16 Patterson, CA 95363; and
17 WHEREAS, the City of Patterson has reviewed and agreed to the 5-year license 18 agreement to allow for TID to install electrical vehicle recharging stations; and 19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Patterson 20 that it hereby accepts the 5-year license agreement with TID, authorizes the City Manager to sign 21 the “Agreement”, and directs the City Clerk of the City of Patterson to record the “Agreement”. 22 The foregoing resolution was passed by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 16 th 23 day of August 2022 by who moved its adoption, which motion was 24 duly seconded by _____________________, and the resolution adopted by the following roll 25 call vote:
