The special (Closed Session) meeting of the City Council of the City of Patterson was called to order in the City of Patterson, City Council Chambers, 1 Plaza, Patterson at 6:00 p.m. by Mayor McCord.
City Staff Present:

3. Human Resources Consultant Clark (via teleconference)
4. City Manager Irwin (via teleconference)
The City Council will adjourn to Closed Session to address the following:
a. Conference with Labor Negotiator per Government Code Section 54957.6 Agency Negotiator: City Manager Irwin, Human Resources Director Guillory-Jones, Human Resources Consultant Clark.
Employee Organization: American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees Local 10 (AFSCME), Professional Management-Mid Management Employees Association (PMMEA), Unrepresented Employees and Patterson Fire Fighters Association IAFF Local 4577.
