RECOMMENDATION
Motion to Approve Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance No. 861, an Ordinance of City Council of the City of Patterson, Levying Special Tax within Community Facilities District No. 2022-01 (Public Safety Services).
BACKGROUND
On August 16, 2022, the City Council approved the first reading and introduction of Ordinance No. 861 in regards to Levying Special Tax within Community Facilities District No. 2022-1 (Public Safety Services). Staff is now requesting for the City Council to approve the second reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 861 as presented and hereto attached.
FISCAL IMPACT
There is no fiscal impact to the City.
