MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Patterson (“City”) City Council will hold a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, September 20, 2022, 7:00 p.m., in accordance with the AB 361(Gov. Code, § 54950 et seq.), and the Federal Americans with Disabilities Act to consider the following:
Public Hearing: General Plan Amendment/Rezone #22-01 Rogers Road Retail and
Business Park, west of Rogers Road, APN #021-025-028
General Plan Amendment and Rezone to redesignate
approximately 59.88 acres of a 101.96-acre lot, located west of Rogers Road between the Delta Mendota Canal and the California Aqueduct, from General Commercial to West Patterson Light Industrial. The site is located within the West Patterson Business Park Expansion Master Development Plan area. No development is proposed as part of this proposal.
NOTICE: To minimize the spread of the COVID-19 virus, this hybrid meeting will be held in accordance with certain requirements of the Ralph M. Brown Act, Patterson City Council Resolution No. 2022-55, and the Federal Americans with Disabilities Act. At the above noted time, testimony from interested persons will be heard by the City Council and duly considered prior to making a recommendation. Any material submitted to the City Council for consideration (photographs, petitions, letters, etc.) will be retained by the City and cannot be returned. If a challenge to the above application is made in court, persons may be limited to raising only those issues they or someone else raised at the Public Hearing.
