2 3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PATTERSON, 4 ACCEPTING THE KINSHIRE WATER REPLACEMENT AND STREET FDR PHASE 5 IA: BOUNDED BY SPERRY AVE TO THE NORTH, POPPY AVE TO THE SOUTH, 6 CLOVER AVE TO THE WEST, AND DEL PUERTO AVENUE TO THE EAST 7 PROJECT AS COMPLETE, AUTHORIZING STAFF TO FILE THE NOTICE OF 8 COMPLETION
9 10 WHEREAS, the Contractor, “United Pavement Maintenance, Inc.,” has 11 completed all work for the Kinshire Waterline Replacement and Street (FDR) Phase IA:
12 bounded by Sperry Avenue to the north, Poppy Avenue to the south, Clover Avenue to 13 the west, and Del Puerto Avenue canal to the east Project in accordance with the 14 contract requirements and plans and specifications; and 15 WHEREAS, the City has inspected the work and recommends that the project be 16 accepted as complete.
17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of 18 Patterson that it hereby accepts the project as complete, directs the City Clerk of the 19 City of Patterson to file the Notice of Completion on behalf of the City of Patterson and 20 release the Final Retention Payment for the project. 21 The foregoing resolution was passed by the City Council at a regular meeting 22 held on September 20, 2022, by ___________________who moved its adoption, which 23 motion was duly seconded by ________________, and the resolution adopted by the 24 following roll call vote:
