BACKGROUND
Motion to approve Second Reading of Ordinance No. 862, Reading by title only, waiving further reading.
Motion to Adopt Ordinance No. 862, Reading by title only, waiving further reading.
ANALYSIS
On August 16, 2022, the City Council approved the first reading and introduction of Ordinance No. 862 in regards to approving to prezone the properties located within the Zacharias and Baldwin Ranch Master Plan. Staff is now requesting for City Council to approve the second reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 862 as presented and hereto attached.
