Motion to approve Second Reading of Ordinance No. 864, Reading by title only, waiving further reading.
Motion to Adopt Ordinance No. 864, Reading by title only, waiving further reading.
ANALYSIS
On September 20, 2022, the City Council approved the first reading and introduction of Ordinance No. 864 in regards to approving a rezone to the West Patterson Light Industrial District. Staff is now requesting for City Council to approve the second reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 864 as presented and hereto attached.
