A RESOLUTION OF THE
CITY OF PATTERSON CITY COUNCIL CONCURRENCE AND SUPPORT OF THE
CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT
(CAPER) FOR FISCAL YEAR (FY) 2021-2022 PREPARED FOR THE STANISLAUS
URBAN COUNTY CONSORTIUM
WHEREAS, the Stanislaus County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Consortium which includes the cities of Oakdale, Riverbank, Hughson, Newman, Patterson, Ceres, Waterford and unincorporated areas of Stanislaus County have received and expended CDBG funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for FY 2021-2022; and,
WHEREAS, the Stanislaus County CDBG Consortium is required by HUD to prepare a Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) to document progress made in accomplishing goals set forth in the Consolidated Plan and Action Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the CAPER was made available for a 15-day public review period from August 30, 2022 through September 20, 2022 to allow the public the opportunity to review and provide comments prior to the public hearing by the Stanislaus County Board of Supervisors.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Patterson as follows:
1. The City Council hereby adopts a resolution of concurrence and support of the Community Development Block Grant Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) Fiscal Year 2021-2022 prepared for the Stanislaus County Community Development Block Grant Consortium.
The foregoing resolution was passed by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 4thth day of October 2022, by , who moved its adoption, which motion was duly seconded by , and the resolution adopted by the following roll call vote:
