RECOMMENDATION
Motion to Approve Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance No. 865 Reading by Title Only, Waiving Further Readings, an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Patterson, Amending Title 15-Building and Construction of the Patterson Municipal Code, and adopting by reference, The California Code of Regulations Title 24, 2022 edition of the California Buildings Standards Code.
BACKGROUND
Motion to approve Second Reading of Ordinance No. 865, Reading by title only, waiving further reading.

ANALYSIS
On October 4, 2022 the City Council approved the first reading and Introduction of Ordinance No. 865 in regards to, Amending Title 15-Building and Construction of the Patterson Municipal Code, and adopting by reference, The California Code of Regulations Title 24, 2022 edition of the California Buildings Standards Code. Staff is now requesting for City Council to approve the second reading and adoption of Ordinance No.865, with no changes, as presented and hereto attached.
