The special (Closed Session) meeting of the City Council of the City of Patterson was called to order in the City of Patterson, City Council Chambers, 1 Plaza, Patterson at 6:00 p.m. by Mayor McCord.
City Staff Present:

The City Council will adjourn to Closed Session to address the following:
a. Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2): 1 case

At 6:01 p.m. the Patterson City Council adjourned to Closed Session.
5. Report from Closed Session (if any)
At 6:59 p.m., Mayor McCord reported the following:
The City Council of the City of Patterson has authorized a settlement agreement with Patterson Ranch Development, LLC in the amount up to 1.6 million dollars and an assignment of the reimbursable CFD obligations in an agreement acceptable as to form by the City Attorney, a vote 4-0 and other direction has been provided to staff.

There being no further business, the special (closed session) meeting of the City Council of the City of Patterson of November 15, 2022 was adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
