2 3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PATTERSON 4 ESTABLISHING LOCAL LIMITS FOR COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL 5 DISCHARGERS AND AUTHORIZE STAFF TO IMPLEMENT THE LOCAL LIMITS 6 7 WHEREAS, the City of Patterson Water Quality Control Facility (WQCF) receives 8 wastewater flows from residential, Commercial and Industrial dischargers; and 9 10 WHEREAS, the City’s Water Quality Control Facility (WQCF) is permitted to comply 11 with Wastewater Discharge Requirement (WDR) Order R5-2018-0070 and is required to keep 12 constituents at compliant levels; and
13 14 WHEREAS, setting Local Limits for Commercial and Industrial dischargers will assist 15 the City’s continued mission to maintain groundwater quality and compliance; and 16 17 WHEREAS, a study was conducted and Local Limit standards were identified using 18 design specifications and the Wastewater Discharge Requirement Order. 19 20 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Patterson 21 does hereby authorize the establishment of the Local Limits for Commercial and Industrial 22 Dischargers and authorize staff to implement the following Local Limits. 23 24
