BACKGROUND
Motion to approve Second Reading of Ordinance No. 866, Reading by title only, waiving further reading.
Motion to Adopt Ordinance No. 866, Reading by title only, waiving further reading.
ANALYSIS
On November 15, 2022 the Board of Directors of the West Patterson Financing Authority approved the first reading and Introduction of Ordinance No. 866 in regards to, Levying Special Tax within CFD 2022-02. Staff is now requesting for Board of Directors of the West Patterson Financing Authority to approve the second reading and adoption of Ordinance No.866, with no changes, as presented and hereto attached.
