The special (Closed Session) meeting of the City Council of the City of Patterson was called to order in the City of Patterson of February 21, 2023 at 5:59 p.m. by Mayor McCord.

The City Council will adjourn to Closed Session to address the following:
a. Conference with Labor Negotiator per Government Code Section 54957.6 Agency Negotiator: City Manager Irwin, Human Resources Director Guillory Jones, Human Resources Consultant Clark. Employee Organization: Patterson Fire Fighters Association IAFF Local 4577 and Unrepresented Employees.
