A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PATTERSON, CITY COUNCIL, APPROVING
THE WATER, SEWER AND STORM DRAINAGE STUDY REPORT AND UPDATED WATER, SEWER AND STORNT DRAINACE DEvELOPMENT IMPACT FEES, PER CIT}'ORDINANCE NO.6OE (MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 3.6{)
WHEREAS, Govemment Code Section 66000 et seq., known as the Mirigation Fee Acr (AB 1600). authorizes local agencies to collect t'ees to mirigate the impacts of neu, development tbr infiastructure improvementsl and
WHEREAS, the City Council olthe Cit) of Parterson has adopted ordinance No. 608 and resolulions establishing and revising Development lmpact F'ees required to be paid at the time a building permit is issued for neu development based on the San Francisco Ba1- Area's Construction Cost Index (CCI); and
WHEREAS, all rvater. seucr. and storm drainage development impact fees within the Citl of Panerson are scheduled to increase annuall) per the San Francisco Bay Area's CCI. ettective Januarl l. 2020: and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Patterson desires to encourage the construction olnew development projects in the City and to promote economic development NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Patlcrson approves updated $ater. sewer and storm drainage impact fees ef'tective afier the adoption of this resolution. per State Law.
