2 3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PATTERSON 4 APPROVING A DEFERRED IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY 5 OF PATTERSON AND CYNTHIA BIZZANELLI AND ANDREW RAMIREZ OF THE 6 MARIA RAMIREZ TRUST FOR DEFERRING THE SEWER SERVICE CONNECTION FOR APN# 047-059-002-000 (670 N. 1
ST 7 STREET) SITE; AUTHORIZING STAFF TO
8 EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO 9 RECORD THE AGREEMENT
10 WHEREAS, at the regular city council meeting of April 18, 2023 the City Council of the 11 City of Patterson approved the Deferred Improvement Agreement (referred to herein as the 12 “Agreement”) between Cynthia Bizzaneli and Andrew Ramirez of the Maria Ramirez Trust (referred to herein as the “Developer”) for APN# 047-059-002-000, located on 670 N. 1 st
13 Street,
14 Patterson, CA 95363; and
15 WHEREAS, the City of Patterson has agreed to defer sewer connection improvements as specified in the attached Deferred Improvement Agreement for the property located on 670 N. 1 st
16 17 Street, Patterson, CA 95363; and
18 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Patterson 19 that it hereby accepts the deferral of the sewer improvements described in the Deferred Improved 20 Agreement, and authorizes the City Manager to sign the “Agreement”, and directs the City Clerk 21 of the City of Patterson to record the “Agreement”.
22 The foregoing resolution was passed by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 18 th
23 day of April 2023 by who moved its adoption, which motion was 24 duly seconded by ____________________, and the resolution adopted by the following roll call 25 vote:
