RESOLUTION No. 2023-15
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PATTERSON CITY COUNCIL SUPPORTING THE FISCAL YEAR 2023-2024 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE HOME SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023-2024.
WHEREAS, the Stanislaus County Home Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program Consortium which includes the cities of Ceres, Hughson, Newman, Oakdale, Riverbank, Patterson, Turlock and Waterford and unincorporated areas of Stanislaus County has been granted a total allocation of $1,708,364 and,
WHEREAS, the City of Patterson chooses to participate in the entitlement process thereby receiving a portion of the HOME entitlement grant to Stanislaus County and participating jurisdictions; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Patterson allocation of HOME funds is $133,355 for HOME project activities for 2023-2024 Fiscal Year; and
WHEREAS, on April 18th, 2023 the Patterson City Council approved the Annual Action Plan with activities eligible under HUD guidelines,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the CITY OF PATTERSON CITY COUNCIL approves the Home Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program SubRecipient Agreement between the County of Stanislaus and the City of Patterson and authorizes the City Manager to execute the HOME SubRecipient Agreement for FY 2023-2024.
