2 RESOLUTION NO. 2023-18
3 4 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PATTERSON, 5 ACCEPTING THE OFF-SITE WORK AS COMPLETE, AUTHORIZING STAFF TO 6 FILE THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR 7 VILLAGES OF PATTERSON CLAYTON SHIRE OFF-SITE IMPROVEMENTS 8 WHEREAS, the Developer/Owner, “VOP 2.1 LLC.”, and the Contractor, “Ross F 9 Carroll Inc.” have completed all the public improvements for the Villages of Patterson 10 Clayton Shire Phase Offsite in accordance to the contract requirements and plans and 11 specifications; and
12 WHEREAS, the Engineering and Public Works Department have inspected the 13 work and recommended that the project be accepted as complete. 14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of 15 Patterson that it hereby accepts the project as complete, directs the City Clerk of the 16 City of Patterson to file the Notice of Completion and commence the Warranty Period 17 for the Villages of Patterson Clayton Shire Phase Offsite Improvements. 18 The foregoing resolution was passed by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 18th 19 day of April 2023 by _______________, who moved its adoption, which 20 motion was duly seconded by __________________, and the resolution adopted by the 21 following roll call vote:
