RESOLUTION NO. 2023-21
A RESOLUTION OF TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PATTERSON,
ADOPTING AND APPROPRIATING GRANT FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City of Patterson has submitted a Grant Application to the County of Stanislaus Community Services Agency for participation in their Access to Technology Program to provide digital connectivity for older and disabled adults, and; WHEREAS, the City of Patterson will accept a $124,333 grant from the County of Stanislaus Community Services Agency, and;
WHEREAS, the Council Authorizes the Finance Department to make the necessary budget adjustments for Fiscal Year 2022-23, and;
WHEREAS, the City of Patterson will commit to use the grant funds only as approved by the granting agency.
NOW THEREFORE: BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Patterson will collaborate with the County of Stanislaus Community Services Agency for participation in their Access to Technology Program to provide digital connectivity for older and disabled adults.
The foregoing resolution of the City Council of the City of Patterson was passed by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 2nd day of May 2023, by ______________, who moved its adoption, which motion was duly seconded by _______________, and the resolution adopted by the following roll call vote:
