RECOMMENDATION
Motion to Approve Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance No. 868 Reading by Title Only, Waiving Further Reading, an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Patterson, Amending chapters 18.76 (parking and loading) of title 18 of the Patterson Municipal Code to modify parking requirements.
BACKGROUND
Motion to approve Second Reading of Ordinance No. 868, Reading by title only, waiving further reading.
Motion to Adopt Ordinance No. 868, Reading by title only, waiving further reading.
ANALYSIS
On May 2, 2023 the City Council approved the first reading and Introduction of Ordinance No. 868 in regards to Amending chapters 18.76 (parking and loading) of title 18 of the Patterson Municipal Code to modify parking requirements. Staff is now requesting for City Council to approve the second reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 868 as presented and hereto attached.
