2 RESOLUTION NO. 2023-27
3 4 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PATTERSON, 5 ACCEPTING THE PROJECT AS COMPLETE, AUTHORIZING STAFF TO FILE THE 6 NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR CHIPOTLE 7 WHEREAS, the Developer/Owner, “Net Lease LLC and Vermelfoort Architects 8 inc.”, and the Contractor, “Pickett and Sons Construction” have completed all the 9 improvements for the Chipotle in accordance to the contract requirements and plans 10 and specifications; and
11 WHEREAS, the City Engineer(s) and Department of Public Works have 12 inspected the work and recommended that the project be accepted as complete. 13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of 14 Patterson that it hereby accepts the project as complete, directs the City Clerk of the 15 City of Patterson to file the Notice of Completion for the Chipotle. 16 The foregoing resolution was passed by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 16
th 17 day of May 2023 by _______________, who moved its adoption, which 18 motion was duly seconded by _________________, and the resolution adopted by the 19 following roll call vote:
