RECOMMENDATION
Motion to Approve Rolling Street Closures for Patterson FDES Annual Festa Parade on June 17 & 18, 2023.
BACKGROUND
This is an annual religious celebration of a Portuguese Festa Do Espirito Santo.

Insurance Certificate and Endorsement
Payment for Encroachment Permit & Admin Fee
Payment for Street Sweeping Services for Saturday, June 17th
FISCAL IMPACT
All fees to be paid by the applicant for the following:
Encroachment Permit Fee: $169
Street Sweeping Services: $206.98 (2hrs. x $103.49/hr)
The applicant is requesting Street Sweeping services. Public Works will coordinate with event holder and applicant will pay all costs associated with the event.
