2 3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PATTERSON 4 APPROVING A DEFERRED IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY 5 OF PATTERSON AND D. DAVIS 2003 REVOCABLE TRUST AND SCOTT DAVIS FOR 6 DEFERRING THE INSTALLATION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR APN# 131-007-008-000 (317 S. 2
ND 7 STREET) SITE; AUTHORIZING STAFF TO EXECUTE THE
8 AGREEMENT; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO RECORD THE 9 AGREEMENT
10 WHEREAS, at the regular city council meeting of the City of Patterson, the City Council 11 approved the Deferred Improvement Agreement (referred to herein as the “Agreement”) between 12 D Davis 2003 Revocable Trust and Scott Davis (referred to herein as the “Developer”) for APN# 131-007-008-000, located on 317 S. 2

13 Street, Patterson, CA 95363; and
14 WHEREAS, the City of Patterson has agreed to defer necessary improvements specified 15 in the attached documents, attached hereto in the “Deferred Improvement Agreement” for the property located on 317 S. 2
nd
16 Street, Patterson, CA 95363; and
17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Patterson 18 that it hereby accepts the deferral of the public improvements described in the Deferred 19 Improved Agreement and authorizes the City Manager to sign the “Agreement” and directs the 20 City Clerk of the City of Patterson to record the “Agreement”. 21 The foregoing resolution was passed by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 18 th
22 day of July 2023 by who moved its adoption, which motion was duly 23 seconded by , and the resolution adopted by the following roll call vote:
